When approved platform data improves the analysis, we use restricted read-only access.\n\n01\n\n## Least access\n\nWhen data is needed, we ask for the lowest practical permission: read-only aggregate analytics or Search Console access.\n\n02\n\n## Revoke anytime\n\nThe client controls platform access and can remove it. Access needs are reviewed when scope changes.\n\n03\n\n## Contract before sensitive scope\n\nIf a project could require regulated data, work pauses for security, legal and contracting review.\n\nDefault data\n\n## What the baseline uses\n\n- Dated Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT + Gemini captures\n- Public clinic, competitor and source pages\n- Read-only aggregate search and analytics data, when approved\n- Service, market and location information supplied by the client\n\nAI audit data flow\n\n## What enters a platform and what we retain\n\nThe baseline records only the business context and evidence needed for the agreed search questions.\n\n01\n\n### Client input\n\nClinic domain, priority treatment, market, patient language, locations and selected competitors.\n\n02\n\n### Platform input\n\nOnly approved patient questions plus clinic, service and location context enter search and AI platforms.\n\n03\n\n### Evidence retained\n\nDated answer captures, visible sources, public pages, metrics and prioritized improvements.\n\n04\n\n### Account state\n\nPlatform, visible model label, market, language and signed-in or signed-out state are logged where observable.\n\n05\n\n### Optional access\n\nRead-only aggregate Search Console or analytics access only after client approval.\n\n06\n\n### Offboarding\n\nRevoke platform access, close shared accounts and complete the deletion schedule agreed in scope.\n\nProcurement summary\n\n## Confirm controls before client-system access\n\nThe public-data audit does not require client-system access.
